HARASSMENT PREVENTION POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of Island Transit that harassment on the basis of the race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status, honorably discharged veteran or military status, the presence of any physical, sensory or mental disability or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability, sexual orientation, and gender expression or identity, or any other class protected under state or federal law of an employee or a member of the public is a violation of Island Transit policy.
